Tips and Tricks
HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!
Every hotel has cabs outside of them, so don’t worry about Ubering.
Don’t lose all your gambling money on the first day! This will cause you to be sad and spend a lot more money than anticipated.
Buy beer and seltzers in any convenience store or grocery store instead of a hotel or pool bar, it is much cheaper.
Buy tickets for the shows you plan to see before you go on your trip.
If you’re going to go to a show we highly recommend Thunder From Down Under, it was fabulous, so funny, and even more fun because we were there with Lindsey’s parents. She will be in therapy dealing with that for the foreseeable future.
Don’t let your eyes get sunburnt, Alyssa learned that the hard way.
Get a cabana if you plan on hanging out at your hotel pool! We became best friends with our cabana boy Derek and it was absolutely a highlight of our trip.
Get more sleep than the 4 hours we got each night, that ended up being rough near the end of the week.
Recreate scenes from the most iconic Vegas movies… our favorite is The Hangover
Mentally prepare yourself to be dehydrated, broke, tired, but to have the time of your life.
